750ml bottle.
*** Walking up from the 'cellar' I decided to open this on the porch since I don't fully trust some corked bottles. I'm sure glad I did. This let out a huge pop followed by a long stream of beer. This one also kept creeping out of the bottle and was almost impossible to pour.***
Took a long time, but settled into a deeper and hazy amber color. Aromas of yeast, breadiness, earthy, and toasted caramel. Tastes of yeast, some fruitiness, caramel, and lighter earthiness.

This is listed at the brewpub as a Belgian Amber. Since that is not a style choice I listed it under Belgian Dark Ale since it is similar to Ommegang Rare Vos.
A-Deep copper with lighter highlts. A think, fluffy light tan head that is simply gorgeous. Leaves nice coating of lace.
S-Belgian yeast esthers and a little twing of caramel malt.
T-Sweet caramel malt blends well with spicy kick from the yeast. Full of flavour and complexity.
M-Medium body with a nice dry finish.
D-This brew takes your typical "meh" amber to a new level. The aadition of the spicy belgian yeast is genius...nice stuff. Another winner from the mad scientist Terry H.!
