Patiently lagered and unfiltered, this delicate and floral scented pilsner, brewed with traditional Saaz hops, is exclusively dry-hopped with Cashmere; presenting a subtle hop pungency of muted melon, pear and citrus with a surprisingly plush mouthfeel. Weighing in at a nimble 4.5% ABV, this graceful guzzler is designed to slay the mightiest of thirsts!!

Dark straw appearance with a semi-tight one finger white head, short retention, very little lacing. Hop forward and fruity for the style, slight floral notes. Medium body, moderate to light carbonation.

On tap at Bullfrog Brewery in Williamsport, PA.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like citrusy and almost grape-like hop character, with bitter pine and grassiness, and some breadiness.
This doesn’t have quite the crisp bite that I want. It does have a lot of hop character, but doesn’t have that good maltiness and well rounded finish that I want in a pilsner. It feels like it wasn’t quite fermented correctly, possibly, or lagered long enough – I don’t know enough about the brewing process, it just doesn’t have that crisp snap on the back end that a lot of great pilsners have.
Bullfrog has a lot of good beers, but they do tend to mostly be their wild ales and stuff like that. Their regular beers aren’t quite as good.
