A special version of Susquehanna Oatmeal Stoutinfused with Brett.
A-Brown/black with a thin tan head that left spotty lace.
S-Light roasted malt with a sharp zing of sour cherry and a light mustiness akin to wet cardboard.
T-Mmmm, mmm...like a toasted, roasted chocolate covered cherry. Nice tart zing without being over the top.
M-Medium-light to Medium bodied sharp and crisp with long lingering roast and sour flavours.
D-Nice...a combo that really works well. The tart zing is nicely tempered by the roast and chocolate. Sour without getting crazy, damn drinkable.
