A-Hazy, golden kissed copper with an off-white thin veil for a head that left spotty lace.
S-Tart, Granny Smith apple with a touch of malt sweetness.
T-Tart green apple but it never becomes too sour. Light spiciness in the finish. All well supported by a lightly sweet caramel malt base.
M-Medium-light body and actually surprisingly so. I expected more body, but it doesn't need it, works very well. I guess the Brett really dried this one out. Sharp and crisp with a lingering sour twang.
D-Really nice stuff. Light, crisp and tart, a very refreshing beer. Oh, the wonder of "bugs"!
