A-Slightly hazed copper with a thin off-white head that holds on strong and leaves nice lace.
S-Green apple sourness up front well supported with secondary notes of citrus fruit, touch of floral hops and light sweet biscuit malt.
T-Sweet-tart like bite up front with floral hops in support. Touch of citrus and peppery bite in the drying finish. Malt presence is barely detectable. Reminds me of Undead Ed Light!
M-Medium-light bodied very sharp and crisp with long lingering tartness.
D-Goes down easy for sure. Light, yet full of flavour this is a very approachable wild brew. Another successful KGW experiment!
