5 oz mini-snifter pour at the brewery. Pours a light golden yellow color with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature light Belgian yeast esters, a hint of funk and oak tannins, and tart golden ale. Dry and moderately carbonated mouthfeel. An interesting and tasty beer style fusion.
