Poured into a chalice: color is dark brown, seems thick, presents with 1/4 inch tan head that dissipates immediately to nothing.
Smell is subdued - waited for some warmth and its still slight but notable chocolate, lighter roasted and chocolate malts, raspberry like fruitiness, maybe some oatmeal thickness.
Taste is similar with light chocolate, raspberry like fruitiness, some oatiness, but limited further flavor.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness.
Overall this may have suffered from a second pour from tap to growler to glass - definitely a lighter version of the base Williamsporter with a surprising raspberry like fruitiness.
