A-pours a black liquid with brown edges sporting a light tan head that is quite dense.
S-the nose has hints of butter, diacetyl, yogurt, the wild yeast lies behind with a light hint of cherry.
T-light diacetyl, not as present as in the nose, the wild yeast is up front with notes of sweet cherries, lightly roasted malt, chocolate, touch of coffee with malty sweetness in the back.
M-smooth and creamy on the palate, quite soft with low carbonation falling down the throat.
D-this is an easy drink, it seems to have been hit with diacetyl but would have been quite interesting without.
