This beer was the first one I tried the day I was at the brewpub. The beer was a nice copper golden color with a sturdy head on top of it. The lacing stuck to the glass with every sip. The smell of the beer was lovely. The fresh local hops really give this beer a great aroma. The taste follows the nose. Very hoppy and tasted great. The mouthfeel was pretty good, it had a medium body and a good carbonation to it. Overall worth trying when they have it there. I would drink it again for sure.

Thanks to tenderbranson69 for sharing this growler -poured chilled into a snifter
A - A bright clear copper color w/ thin light beige cap, the head settles to a ring. The carbonation is visible in the beer and the bead is fine
S -the smell while hoppy is also slightly earthty with a mild grassy note. The smell has fruity esters and light toasted grain elements - a nice blend of fresh hops and malt.
M- the feel is moderately dry and slightly bitter w/ medium high carbonation and semi-dry finish, it has a slight yeast and hop tanginess w/ mild sweetness and body is medium
T - The flavor of the ale is good with some citrus and herbal qualities coming through from all the cascade in this - they used "67 pounds of fresh Cascade hops straight-from-the-vine from local hop wranglers" so you get a slight lemony grassy note in there but malt flavors support w/ light toasted not. There is gentle orange rind and mild grapefruit but you have to let it sit on the palate for a few minutes. The taste has a mild astringent character and light vegetal flavor w/ subtle spice toward the end
D - A tasty ale w/ a nice balanced malt and hop cohesion, a nice brew to enjoy with some friends, not great drinkability but good IMO
