I'm a little scared to try a Marzen at the end of January...might not be how they intended it. But it's on tap, so why not?
A- pours a transparent shade of amber with no head at all. No lacing. Bad pour, sitting around for awhile...not sure
S- nothing. Absolutely nothing. I was a little sick last week, but I'm getting jack out of this.
T- very light taste of hops, with some slight maltiness to it.
M- watery. Really thin. Unimpressed
D- reminds me a lot of a Yuengling lager. This is not a good thing.

A-Brilliant copper with a thin white head that held fast and left spotty lace.
S-Sweet biscuit maltiness and a pleasant, underlying spicy hop zip.
T-spicy zing up front with pleasantly sweet graham cracker sweetness backing.
M-Medium-light body Sharp and crisp with a long lingering spicy bite
D-A very well done, easy to drink, American slanted Oktoberfest. This this on goes down smooth pint after pint.
