Clear pale golden appearance with a scant white head that recedes quickly to a collar, very little lacing. Notes of celery, cracker, biscuit, mild sweetness. Light body, mild carbonation.

Taster at brewery. Bright, clear golden pour, wispy head with white ring. Sweet aroma, bread, honey. Taste is sweet, honey with a full, creamy body. Could drink this all day
