A special "tricked out" version of the venerable Edgar IPA. Made specifically for the holiday season.
A-Hazy golden yellow with a medium off-white head that slowly reduced to a thin cap and left nice lace.
S-A hop attack of those luscious, juicy citrus hops dripping with a ton of orange, grapefruit and tangerine.
T-Much like the aroma with a boatload of citrus hops up front riding on a wave of sweet caramel malt. This is Edgar with pendulous BALLZ!
M-Medium bodied and somewhat sticky with all of that hop residue swimming around! Smooth with long lingering hop bitterness.
D-Well shit, yes! Edgar is a classic and to take that and ramp it up to an eleven of course I will like it! A well done hop monster for sure.
