Poured from a growler into a narrow, imperial pint glass: color is gold, transparent, head is off white with fine bubbles and presents one finger thick, quickly dissipates to thin top with thin ring along the glass side.
Smell is neutral malt with pilsner undertones, light sweetness, hints of biscuit, hops are earth and very light citrus.
Taste more neutral base malt with light pilsner notes, hints of citrus, light pith, some biscuit.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate sweetness, light to moderate bitterness - good for a session but light for a full IPA.
Overall fuller bodied session IPA with moderate malt flavor but lighter hop notes, light bitterness.
