The Amadilliyo is a Hop Harvest Lager brewed with fresh Amerilla hops. This is another wonderful low alcohol, high flavor lager from the brewers at Bullfrog. Amazingly refreshing and drinkable, the unfiltered Amadilliyo looks real good in the glass except for a head that dissapated a bit quickly. There's enough malt to carry the show but let the hops shine through. The aroma of these hops is top-notch, wafting up from the glass right to your pleasure centers. The light body and session strength make return trips low risk and high reward. I took a jug home but think it's better poured at the bar. Get it while it's fresh.
