This one pours a dark-ish brown color, slightly hazy, with a nice little white head, and a good amount of lacing.
This smells like chocolate, cherry, red wine, toasted bread, and oak.
This is quite malty and nice, which is good to see- I always like breweries really actually focus on the malt character of sours. There's a light cherry skin feel here, with a dusty funk, some very light red wine, and a nice toasted oak character.
This is light bodied, but creamy and substantial enough, with a nice clean finish. The sourness doesn't really linger here much- it's pretty light and subtle.
This is a brewery that I still love very much- they're clearly still making really pleasant beers.

Top notes of sharp cheddar and dill finishes well and lingers in a good way. Styled after a East Flanders sour brown. Tank aged with wild yeasts and steeped with sour cherries.

What a great beer. This is what I envision a sour should taste like.
