This India Pale Ale offers the hop lover a taste of generous amounts of Amarillo, Cascade & Centennial hop additions. Not a beer for the novice.

A. Bright and a little hazy, this beer pours an aged copper color with good carbonation and a cream colored head.
S. Sweet and piney with floral tones. The hops dominate but do not overpower the malt completely.
T. Sharp hop bitterness followed by resiny hop aroma that fades to reveal a sweet malt backbone.
M. Smooth and a little dry with decent mouthfeel.
D. Very drinkable, this is not their best beer but is still very enjoyable. While some of their seasonal beers are better, I think that this is the best of their regular beers.
