Brewed by Pivovar Vysoký Chlumec. Sold by them as “Demon”.
The colour is pale brown-red (30 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is off-white and compact, it sinks slowly leaving lots of lacing.
The smell is mostly bitter. Red malty flavours, some flowery bitter hops. Hints of nuts.
The taste is somewhat dry. Lightly roasted notes of nuts and grilled meat. Hints of caramel and toffee. Dried apricots and peaches. Light bitterness, medium body. The aftertaste got some clean sweet notes, but also some green apples and metal. The mild finish is bitter-sweet.
The carbonation is strong and fresh, the bubbles mid-sized. The liquid is semi-smooth.
An OK Vienna lager.

A: Pours reddish brown with a medium kind of soapy beige head that sinks into decent lacings.
S: Yeast and butter. Sweet light roasted malt. Smell is kind of light.
T: Dry bitter and creamy, like an English Brown Ale, no other compare. Bready light roasted sweet malt. Some bitter hops.
M: Aftertaste is short and mild sweet. Body is so very smooth, medium. And carbonation is medium.
O: Almost like a homebrewed beer, only slightly better.
