Clear mahogany color, with very little head. Aroma is sweet, toasty, slightly roasted malt. Flavor mainly follows up the smell: very malty caramel along with toasted notes. Somewhat fruity, reminiscent of plums. Full bodied.
Not bad. Mostly an undistinguished malty beer. Makes a good accompaniment to the meal, though.
