The color is copper with an average-sized, frothy head. Carbonation is good. The aroma is of of sweet grains and plenty of hops for the style. The taste is of sweet grains with plenty of dry hops and a little spiciness. However, the flavor is a little bit raw. I enjoyed this, an interesting take on the American pilsner, plenty of hop flavor, but not much bitterness.
