Pours a light brown colored body, similar to apple cider but clearish, with nearly no head, whitish in color. Has a malty apply aroma, watery. Watery apple-y, odd fruit taste. Somewhat dry-sweet. Not good.

The color is a dark caramel brown with not much in the way of head or carbonation. The aroma has a strong bready malt smell with touchs of caramel and hops. The flavor is that of a "big" Oktoberfest, not in the style of some of the German imports that seem more like souped up helles. A strong bready malt flavor dominates with nice touchs of caramel and dark fruit. Drinkability is very good, this is exactly how I like this style of beer to taste.
