Had this on tap at the Houston Rice Village location. Pours a nice brown color with a fast dissipating head. Very light on the aroma, a whiff of caramel malts and thats it. Flavor is mostly light caramel with a nice smooth finish. Very easy to make this a session beer. Not too bad, middle of the road dunkel lager. Will have it again though.

A: Ruby/red color with a small white bubbly head that fades fast. Leaves almost no lace.
S: Toasted and roasted malt. A nice soft buttery and nutty aroma.
T: Toasted malt again. Very similar to the nose. Not bad at all.
M/D: A bit thin and watery with a light body. This is easy and smooth to drink. I quaffed several of these at the Two Rows bar with no problem.
Kind of a sub-par homebrew feel to it, but not bad. Besides the barley wine, this ranks as one of the best that I have had from the brewery.
