A: Pours a clear macro like yellow color. At first a one finger white head forms, but recedes to a ring in a second. Not much lace to speak of.
S: Floral and spicy aromas up front. Earthy yeast with a light grainy sweetness. Very light diacetyl as well.
T: Follows the nose. Floral hops and a spicy character. Earthy yeast. There is a light lingering bitterness that fades away. Some very light diacetyl again, though that does not really interfere with my enjoyment.
M/D: A light body that is crisp and smooth at the same time. Very easy to drink. I can quaff a few with ease.
One of the new beers, by the new brewer at Two Rows. I enjoyed it a lot. Something I will get regularly at the brewpub. This is not the best Texas made Pilsner, but still very enjoyable. After talking with the new brewer, I am pretty sure this is a sign of better things to come from the brewpub.
