This nut brown ale is sweet, full-bodied with a light roasted nut flavor.

A: Had this on tap at Neptune's in Livingston. Poured a dark brown color with absolutely no head.
S: Smell is yeasty, like Belgian yeast funkiness, thats really about it
T: Cloyingly sweet with a Belgian yeast aftertaste. Tastes like one of my first extract homebrewed batches that was screwed up.
M: Somewhat thick, sticky mouthfeel. Carbonation is on the low side
D: This is unlike any nut brown I've ever had before. I swear it tastes like some sort of Belgian Style yeast was used. Couldn't finish this beer. I keep going back thinking maybe they could have their kinks worked out...not yet however.
