Pours bubbly golden with 2 fingers of white foam. Smells of biscuit, honey, slight grass and herbs, not overly descriptive, even for style. Taste much more so with the same flavors plus fresh white bread and crisp pilsner malt, hints of flowery yeast in there too. Crisp, bready, decently carbonated, and goes down very easy, could use a touch more body but fine. Thought it was a good representation of the style. The wife loved it

500 ml bottle; bottled 03/2017; exp. 09/2018; 5.0 ABV. Pouring in a pilsner glass.
Golden with a bit amber reflexes and considerably dense foam at start. Aroma has notes of bread and a subtle honey intermixed with floral and a small bit of fresh grass. It's pretty much the same on mouth, with a fresh end. Light to medium body and well balanced carbonation, or maybe it could be stronger. I would surely drink it again, though not my preferred specific style.
