Copenhagen 9/12 2015. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Worried looking Czech guy with black hat who is probably wondering if this Pivo is good enough to satisfy the choosy consumers.
Pours clear yellow with white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is of malts with a sharp note of fruity sourness. Sweet pale malts and bread. Citrus and grass.
Medium strong carbonation and a watery texture. Lively texture.
Flavor is medium bitter and a little sharp. Buttery notes not unlike other Nymburk pilsners.
Quite average Czech pilsner.
