Nothing much to describe here. Clear, golden color with a big, white head. Malty taste with moderate hoppy bitterness. Standard pale lager and no more...drink and forget

"First Private Brewery" in English, "Persha Privatna Browarnya" in Ukranian.
Pours into a slim tumbler with a feeble cap of white foam that fizzles to nothing after a couple minutes. It looks like pale apple juice. Steady ascending carbonation visible.
Initially a grassy noble hop smell, fading quickly into a pleasant mild breadiness, hint of sweetness not unlike croissants or a flaky pastry. It's ok.
Slight astringent bite, clean and snappy, though it seems to be losing carbonation over the duration of the glass. Mild bready pilsner malt flavor, clean and inoffensive. Slightly gassy with a mild carbonic bite again. Mellow grain sweetness, apple, faint impression of dried herbs.
Overall not bad, fairly utilitarian with no off flavors. Quenching after eight miles of biking.

A: Pours into the glass very clear and pale. 1 finger of head dissipates slowly and leaves a bit of lacing.
S: grainy with a slight hint of fruit. Not unlike an American Premium Lager brewed with 6-row. I could not detect any hop aroma.
T: tastes grainy with a slight hint of fruit. Not much hop presence. Very lightly bitter.
M: Thin. almost no body at all
D: It would be a good beer to drink on a very hot day... it would quench your thirst.
Overall, I was not impressed. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a drain pour but then again I would not go out of my way to get some.

Brewed under Purity Law.
Pours light golden with rapidly vanishing white head, big bubbles, no laces at all. Hideous chemical smell (apricots and disinsectant, yeah, I'm recognizing this brewery's feature - see my other reviews of Persha). So is the taste, pleasant hop bitterness diminishes the sad view, but common impression is unfavourable, don't consume this!
