Served in a Gale Sayers shaker pint glass.
A new Ukrainian brew in town, eh? It pours a clear golden straw topped by a finger of white foam. The nose comprises caustic wheat, light grass, light greens, and a touch of honey. The taste holds notes of dank wheat, wet greens, flowers, and something akin to hard water-instilled tea. There is a vague, painful sweetness involved that doesn't feel like fading (the gift that keeps on giving, apparently). The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and an almost syrupy feel. Overall, a pretty sad beer. 'Nuff said.
