A: 1/8" head which dissipated quickly over an amber coloured ale with good clarity.
S: Yeast and pine.
T: Pine and syrupy with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
M: Medium thickness with next to no carbonation.
O: A decent American amber / red ale that could benefit from better carbonation, although this could just be due to the freshness of the cask.
