14% wort extract.
Pours clear reddish golden beer, sparkling, with mild off-white head, leaving meager laces. Aroma is acidic, sweet grains, hay, herbal hops. Taste is full, malty with citrus notes and zesty bitter finish. Ample carbonation and medium body. Fine representative of czech beercraft.

Tasted this beer on-tap at the small drinking area of Pivni Galerie in Prague three weeks ago. It was one of their two ever-changing beers on offer.
Appearance: light golden hue, with a very tight, foamy beerhead leaving a thin but fine lace around the glass gentle fizz in the glass
Smell: the nose is slightly acidic, followed by a soft lime/lemon-like fruity note and floral aroma. More citrus fruits to follow along with flavours of dough and lightly bready malts. The hop flavour at the back is very delicate and soft
Taste: slightly acidic and malty, just like the nose, and at first lacks the depth and flavour of hops later on more citrusy sour and assertive doughy flavours follows, leaving a clashing (but not unpleasant) kind of mouthfeel in the finish.
Mouthfeel & Drinkability: a medium-bodied and mild-flavoured lager, the sour edge on the palate is the key to this beers very good drinkability against its rather high alcoholic strength (14% plato, or 6%abv). Very thirst-quenching indeed!

Golden color, quite full, clear, with a beautiful and abundant head, average persistence.
Fresh hop in the smell, typical of a czech pils (hay). But there are even some other notes, quite particula, like saffron, artichokes, and dried mushroom (quite unexpected). In any case, it is quite peculiar, and inviting.
At the taste, it has a very malted start, with a following bitterness, sharp and frsh. Pleasant.
Decent body, with a good balanced aftertaste.
