I was served a pint in a frosted mug from the tap at Brickhouse Pizza, West Richland, WA.
A: It poured a light straw-like yellow almost reminiscent of Belgium Witt beers. It had a rich, creamy and sticky bone white head that lingered until the last swig. The aggressive carbonation helped sustain the head. The head fed a sticky complete lacing.
S: Not terribly aromatic. There were hints of toasted sweet malts, white bread yeast, and diluted lemons.
T: Creamy with a sweet malty front and a mild citrucy middle (lemons or manderin oranges). Overall it had a nice balance between the malts and hops. It finished fairly clean but did not feel like it had a substantial ABV...I'm guessing the clean aftertaste was an artifact of the substantial carbonation and mellow hops.
M: Medium bodied with a creamy front followed by a citricy middle and a yeasty finish.
D: Easy to drink with a stiff dark pizza.
D;;Good flavor but somewhat unbalanced mouth feel. A solid cream ale.
