This courteous small beer is brewed from the second runnings of Iron Horse's best selling Quilter's Irish Death stout. It is bronze with a smattering of froth but offers little by way of actual flavor. A distant wash of sweetness with some grainy tang and marshmallow punkiness defines its minimalist core attributes.
"You're welcome," seems to be a theme at Iron Horse. It's printed on their coasters and a portrait of Sammy Davis Jr. above the bar extends the same sentiment. You're Welcome is workable for what it is, but there's not much beer here and on the grand scheme of things, beers such as this are meaningless.
