From a cask at the Iron Horse micro pub.
A pours about the same color as coca cola with no head.
S a very sweet nose with lots of oak and bourbon and noneof the chocolate or coffee associated with the regular Irish death.
T It first hits you with oak and dark fruits, with some bourbon in the finish.
M kind of light. But very smooth and easy to drink.
Overall a great variation of the original Irish Death. Hopefully they continue to make more of this one.
