Tested from 16oz Cans, 2020 batch, Not sure what the ABV is? 5.2 % maybe
Pretty beer: transparent dark amber body, Nice tall fine head that lats a while leaving plenty of lacing
Smell; bread, maybe sweet malt
taste: Smooth sweet bread and Carmel at first. Then a different flavor that I am not sure what its. It's like a green herbal hop note
Decent mouth feel.

Originally reviewed September 17, 2005. On tap at the Big Lake Brewfest. Light malt aroma. Dark brown pour, with tan head. Flavor is dominated by barnyard and oats, with some wool blanket and a hint of grass. Interesting, but quite a departure from a traditional Oktoberfest, not that theres anything wrong with that. Finish is clingy sweet.
