Bottle: Poured an amber carol ale with a relatively small foamy head with limited retention. Aroma of condensed caramelized malt and loads of residual sugar is a bit off in my opinion. Taste is also dominated by condensed caramel malt with some overly apparent residual sugar notes that becomes overly gross with time. Body is full with medium carbonation. Not sure saison is the best style for this technique.
