Bottle: Poured a pale clear golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of residual candi sugar with fruity undertones and light herbal notes is quite enticing. Taste is a superb mix of herbal notes with some residual candi sugar notes and light spicy yeast undertones with candy-like notes also noticeable. Body is light with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Super well brewed Tripel and I would argue one beer they should bring into their regular portfolio.
