La Pas Perdus est une bière rousse à 5,8% d’alcool. Bien équilibrée et rafraîchissante cette revigorante rousse vous laissera sur des notes amicales de malt grillé avec une amertume soutenue en finale. Cette rousse joyeuse et festive vous comblera par sa subtilité caramélisée et sa rondeur douce et soyeuse.

On tap at the brewery tap room.
A - Nice deep amber / red Thick off-white head.
S - Lots o malt....very little to no hop smell. This is a very "clean" smelling beer.
T - More with the malt. But being described as a Vienna Lager I guess I should not be surprised. Not what I look for in a beer but it certainly does not taste bad...simply not exciting to me.
M - Best feature of this beer....plenty of body due to that HUGE malt bill. A "light" tasting beer with a BIG mouthfeel.
D - Simply put...quite. Again, not the kind of beer that I crave but certainly nothing I would be offened to drink.
