On tap at Birch & Barley.
Hazy yellow in color with a one finger white head.
The aroma is wheaty with citrus and big spiced and floral notes. Good if bordering on a bit much.
The flavor is heavily spiced: lavender, sage, coriander, and others. Wheat, lemon, and honey besides that. Decently tasty.
Medium-light bodied and fairly tingly from the spices with average carbonation.
A successful experiment I think, if a bit overdone in some ways.

Received a mason jar of this from a friend. Was told it had been poured the day before and that I should drink up!
A cloudy pale yellow color with a minimal amount of head. Minimal amount of lacing on the glass.
Smell is awesome. Some slight yeast. Some very clear spices, though I don't quite know what they are. Maybe some corriander, something peppery, and something else?
The taste is pretty awesome. Lots of flavor, due to the spices with a bit of yeast. Decent amount of carbonation
If I lived near the brewery, this would easily be my go to brew for the summer. If you happen to be in the area, I would definitely suggest trying this.

Had this twice, in two different retaurants, on tap on my recent trip to the Ïles-de-la-Madeleine.
A- A nice cloudy pale yellow. Looks like a witbier. Loses points for slightly weak head and lack of any pizzazz.
S- Good yeast and citrus with wheat.
T- Good witbiers are among my favorites, and this is a good witbier. Good balance of yeast and wheat. Very refreshing.
MF- Light and easy without being watery.
D- A very good drinker. Would be a great summer weather beer, though I had on cool autumn evenings. Went well with my meals. My favorite from this brewery so far.

A - A lovely cloudy, light golden yellow with a nice thick white head. Head laces nicely throughout the glass.
S - Ohhh...interesting yeastiness with spices and herbs. This is not your run of the mill wit as it is made special with the addition of locally available herbs...a true treat to sniff.
T - Now this is the kind of light, refreshing summertime beer that I love. Flavors abound with interesting herbal /spicy qualities of heather/corriander/slight oragne peel tang....and the yeast used comes through nicely at the end.
M - A bit on the thin side....but not unexpected. Still the overall flavors take hold and make this a pleasant beer to enjoy.
D - All day! A beer for those sunny, warm days. This is the type of "light" beer that I crave....nice, light and refreshing but yet loaded with flavor. We each got a mason jar of this to go everyday we visited to have with our lunch the following day.
