On tap at the brewery tap room
A - Deep, dark brown with a thick tan head.
S - Very faint roasted malt...would like a bit more umphf.
T - Initially thin and somewhat disappointing....but then comes through with signs of sweetness and roasted malt in the aftertaste. A "light" drinkable stout. The kind that wont scare away the masses that "don't like dark beer".
M - Somewhat thin but the nitro pour gives it a nice creaminess that I enjoy. This is a very pleasant, sweet stout.
D - Easily drinkable....light, sweet and refreshing for a stout. Certainly not a big, bold, punch you in the mouth type...but a more subtle, easy to enjoy type.
