Had this on draft at the pub in Kingston. Straw-colored and crystal clear with a nice white head that stuck for a couple minutes. Smell was very clean and of czech or noble hops. It was very crisp and light with a solid hop presence. A delicate grainy flavor mingles with the hops, but the hops were the dominant presence in this beer, jumping out in front and finishing with a nice bitterness. The mouthfeel was light to light-medium in body, and it had a fairly high amount of carbonation, which I think is appropriate for the style. This is a very approachable beer that could be enjoyed by just about anyone. It was a nice introduction to their line of beers that paired well with the salad that I had (just like they recommended on the menu). A nice beer skillfully brewed to style.
