Poured a very nice mid-brown/copper color with great head and excellent ringed lacing. Nice scent, very deep malts with an alcohol tinge in the nose. Good flavor, very malty and thick; very warming from the alcohol heat (which slightly hurt the flavor, but is part of the style). Goes down quite well, with just some alcohol roughness.
