From a 12 oz. bottle shared by the brewer. Thanks!
A: The pour is a clouded dark orange color with a small white head that disappears almost immediately.
S: Starts off with a nice tartness. Hints of citrus, particularly tangerines and grapefruits. Other fruit notes of white grapes and peaches. Just a little bit of malt, and no real oak or wine character.
T: Plenty of fruits on the palate as well. Kumquats, tangerines, white grapes, and peaches are present and give the beer a really nice acidity. Fairly lactic with just a moderate oak quality that seems to mostly impart tannins.
M: Medium in body with a fairly low level of carbonation.
O: Not overly intense in anyway, but a good sour beer that was easy to enjoy.
