On-tap at FFF and poured into snifter.
A - Pours a sunny yellow/orange color, white head, thin ring.
S - Nice level of tart notes, reminds me of Bruery GFAR or something in the light(er) level of sourness, lemon citrus notes, slight sweet candy notes, light hay, creamy undertones.
T - Very high level of tart fruitiness, yogurt, brett funk. More tart then sour, but both are there and easy to pick out. I don't get much of the Tripel at all at this point, and I think the age on this has turned this into a straight Wild. Not complaining at all! Finish is a nice level of candy/fruit tarts.
M - Light to medium, refreshingly smooth, good carbonation, semi-dry fruity finish.
O - Another excellent sour from Brugge! I've been mostly impressed with all their Wild offering, so I hope they keep it up! Would def get another pour if offered again at FFF or at Brugge. Recommend.
