A - Golden amber body with a thin white rim of head.
S - Sour, firm acidity, lemon, wet oak, gentle vanilla.
T - Tadt citrus; lemon, and grapefruit. Edge of farmhouse funk. Touch of white grape and Chardonnay.
M - Relatively light frame is enough to launch the funk on your palate but then steps out of the way.
O - Not a bad brew, but I'm a much bigger fan of Pooka.
