Excellent porter from the Alpharetta location. Very dark body is almost black, but with reddish brown light around the edges. The chocolate-milk foam head is soupy and leaves behind a nice lacing. The aroma is chocolately, with a burst of grassy hops. This perhaps could use a little age to get rid of the grassiness, but itÂ’s not objectionable. The flavor is very low in bitterness, with a full, but not quite rich chocolate malt taste. Very drinkable.
