500ml bottle:
Light golden & quite clear with a 3cm, foamy head that's thick looking, dome shaped & bone white with good retention. It's floral on the nose initially before a sourness & some apples come through alongside some citrus & subtle biscuit notes. The taste is mainly the biscuit & citrus from the nose with none of the sourness, it's slightly floral with a few pale malts too. It has a light-medium body & strong, fine carbonation with a sharp, tangy finish.
