An appealing looking beer with a medium clear yellow colour and 1 cm of a densely foamy head.
The nose is gentle and the elderflower is ard not to notice. There is some firm pleasant and light perisitent dryness in the mouth combined with some lightly malty flowering freshness. a super cask ale for a warm day.
The entire side of the glass was coated with some solid risidual head leaving some of the most complex lacing I can remember.
A civilzed beer of some character.
