Gravity halfpint at the London Drinker festival.
A: Clear gold body with some white froth. Light lace. Ok.
S: Buttery malt and lemony, orangy, citrusy hops. Intense and pleasant, but a little harsh.
T: Much more purely buttery than the nose. Not great, but not terrible.
M: Smooth, delicate, lightly carbonated.
O: I really wish the diacetyl hadn't overwhelmed the flavors as much as it did, as the nose was heavy with Citra goodness. Overall I can't really say it was better than average, since it shouldn't be too hard to make something good happen with this hop.
