Grabbed at Other Avenues in San Francisco.

Appearance is cloudy dull orange with yeast bits floating around. Quite a large eggshell head.

Smells quite fruity. Tropical fruits and lychee in particular. Not real citrusy.

Taste leaves a lot to be desired. There's a little bit of a fruity taste upfront followed by a sort of mineral aftertaste, much like one of those Calistoga Mineral Waters. Not bad, not good, there's just not much flavor.

Very crisp with a lot of carbonation in the mouthfeel.

Kind of a boring beer. I always get excited when I see "extra" tacked on to pale because I think it's going to be like the excellent Alesmith Extra Pale, but nothing has topped that so far for me.

From Super Buy Rite. Decent drinking bitterness.Long bitter finish. A little citrus. Good for an organic beer, hit the spot for a pale, and the sesionable alcohol is appreciated. Lots of lace on golden body. Some hop aromas.Average mouthfeel. Was good with food.

Trying the Wyld Organic Extra Pale Ale. The color was a pale yellow with barely any head that is only lacing slightly. The smell citrus backed by a sweeter malt. The taste has an orange citrus and hints of spice. The mouthfeel is a light to medium body with decent carbonation. Overall its a nice pale ale...that could be sessioned easily.

Poured from a 12oz bottle dated 06/21/11 stating "Organic Extra Pale Ale." Pours a golden straw color with a good head that dissapates into a slight head around the edges.

Faint sweet, citrusy aroma with a malty body and bitter aftertaste. The back of the mouth gets hit with the most bitterness. Light body.

Not a bad beer and one of the first organics I have enjoyed.
