Pours a hazy deep copper color with a one-finger off-white head. The head recedes into a wispy layer on top leaving light lacing.
Smells of caramel malts with mild amounts of grapefruit and floral hop aromas poking through.
Tastes similar to how it smells. Lots of caramel malt flavors up front that allows hints of grapefruit to come out. Ending is mildly bitter.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with solid carbonation.
Drinkability is good. I finished one fairly quickly and could drink a few more.
Overall this didn't knock my socks off, but it's a solid IPA that I could have a few of. Worth a shot.

Pre-carbonated version, after filtered. Like a good cask ale, and good for those who appreciate either an IPA or a cask as they tend to overcarbonate. Centennial, cascade and liberty hops according to Brian. A somewhat grapefruity taste that was nice and drinkable.Grapefruit colour with soapy head.
