A - Poured with a small, white head on top of a golden body with good clarity. The head settles slowly and leaves very nice lace.

S - Light malt with a hint of sulphur. Some pear and red apple yeast notes.

T - Sour, musty hops up front with some very dry, toasty malt. A hint of red apple in the middle followed by a very bitter finish.

M - Medium body, moderately low carbonation, and a dry finish.

D - The hop character is a bit too musty for my taste and the balance is lacking in malt richness. It is almost harshly bitter, even for the style, and it is not quite as drinkable as it could be.
